Shipping/Handling Rates
• Economy shipping takes 2-9 Business days (no time guarantees) in the USA lower 48 states (NO package insurance provided & 85% Maximum refund for returns).
Please note that since often USPS Parcel Post is used for Economy Shipping and transfers to the USPS for final delivery and sometimes the US Postal service will "sit on" these packages for days. So if timely shipping is needed, do NOT use Economy Shipping as while week to two weeks is normal, three weeks can happen.
This applies strictly to availability of items as well. If a large amount of a certain item is ordered that we do not stock, free shipping or other tiers do not automatically apply to the available stock should this fall below free shipping.

Items such as Kanaplex, AAP Wonder Shells, & AAP Professional Treatments are popular International items that we can make a custom quote should one desire this so as to see if the prices could be lower than the PayPal shopping cart.
• We also should note that we ship these items regularly, especially to Canada & the UK with no issues with customs other than normal delays.
• We cannot ship 3rd party internationally due to time constraints and costs involved.
