*We will send a personal email confirmation of purchase at the time of processing of your order (not an electronically generated email); this will include a tracking number, items purchased, addressed shipped to, applicable refunds, etc.
PLEASE check your email over the next 24 hours for this email (possibly longer on weekends, often much less on weekdays). OFTEN many email spam filters such as Yahoo and AT&T/Bell South SPAM filters seem to spam these emails out (including Fedex tracking updates sent by Fedex), so it is important to check your spam folder for this email! (Make sure to set to "not spam")

We have also found that many customers use "old" email addresses in PayPal or similar credit card accounts that are no longer checked, Please note that these Shipping information emails from us are sent to the email provided by your PayPal or Credit Card account (unless you type the current email at the time of purchase), so please check these email accounts if our email cannot be found.


*Your package will be shipped ASAP (usually in 1 or 2 business days, often within hours).
Packages under 2 lbs. generally ship via USPS (2-3 Days US), over 2 lbs. via Fedex (1-6 Days US)

*Please note if you need to cancel or change your order after processing but prior to shipping (once shipped we cannot cancel as there is no practical way to get a package back from USPS or Fedex), there will be a 10% fee (applied to the entire order including shipping) for canceling or a $1 Fee to change an order to cover the labor costs of packing and then unpacking an order/purchase as well as time spent canceling labels and refunding (in the case of an order change, this $1 fee does not even come close to covering expenses involved, however we keep it low as a customer courtesy).

Phone calls/messages for shipping problems, information, returns, or other issues is not an efficient way to handle these types of problems/questions and are not acceptable (please use the return email of out shipping or our contact form)

*For our Return Policy: Return Policy Please Read this page, especially if you have purchased a UV Replacement Bulb as 95% of returns end up testing as non defective indicating a bad UV Sterilizer ballast or short (often caused by moisture, especially in UV Sterilizers used for ponds)
